Cancellation Policy

The following options are open to you should you wish to cancel an order placed and paid for via www.toms.co.za.

 

Cancelling an order before dispatch

Please contact us immediately at online@toms.co.za in order for us to review and cancel dispatch. Please note that when you choose to cancel before dispatch there may be a penalty charge. Should you incur such a charge we will communicate this through your chosen medium of contact. Should we receive your cancellation request after dispatch through no fault of our own we will handle the matter as cancellation of an order after dispatch as detailed below.

 

Cancelling an order after dispatch

Once you have received the goods, in good order, please contact us immediately so that we can facilitate the return. Please refer to our returns policy for conditions around returns. Please refer to our refunds policy for conditions around refunds.

 

TOMS Sound & Music (Pty) Ltd strive to offer quality service and as part of this policy we will ensure that you are timeously notified should there be any problems regarding your order.

 

We encourage all our online customers when in doubt to please enquire about the product, its availability as well as the required product features before any purchases.

Returns

Circumstances in which we will permit goods to be returned or exchanged:

Where the incorrect goods were delivered.

Where the goods delivered were damaged upon receipt.

Where the goods delivered were unfit for application.

 

When a return or exchange needs to be initiated

Requests for returns or exchanges needs to be initiated within thirty days of the goods being delivered.

 

The choices you have upon returning the product

Returned goods can be exchanged for store credit.

Returned goods can be exchanged for other goods up to and including the equivalent amount of the original goods purchased.

 

How a return or exchange is initiated

Requests for returns or exchanges is initiated by contacting us at online@toms.co.za. 

 

Condition of the product being returned

When goods were delivered in original packaging it needs to be returned in original packaging.

Where goods need to be returned via a third party, you must ensure that goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage in transit.

All peripheral accessories such as batteries, power and connection cables must be returned with the goods.

 

Manner of return

Goods will be collected from the address of you specify in the request for returns or exchanges form.

Should you wish to change the collection address after you submitted your request you need to contact us immediately.

You may return goods to your nearest branch.

 

What will happen once a product is returned

Upon receipt of the returned goods, goods will be submitted for inspection.

Upon completion of inspection we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements for your exchange or store credit.
